There’s nothing better than a quick and easy smoothie when you’re busy, in a rush, or just can’t be bothered spending 30 to 60 minutes in the kitchen!
Many store bought smoothies contain added sugars and don’t live up to their ‘healthy’ advertising. This delicious recipe on the other hand is packed full of nutrients and will give you the burst of energy to keep you going until your next meal.

Makes 1 portion | 392 Calories Per Portion
- 35g Carbohydrates
- 14g Fat
- 30g Protein
- 7g Fiber
- 50g Mango Chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 50g Pineapple Chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 Banana (approx 50g – cut into chunks)
- 60g Yoghurt (Greek, Natural, Soya)
- 90ml Unsweetened Oat Milk (can swap for Almond, Soya, Cashew etc.)
- 1 1/2 tsp Desiccated Coconut
- 5g Clear Honey
- 17.5g Mixed Seeds
- 25g Vanilla Protein Powder
This one is really simple. Just combine everything into your blender jug and blitz until smooth. I tend to put fruit at the bottom and protein powder at the top to ensure the fruit is properly blended and there are no chunks pouring into your glass or bottle.
You can make this the night before and store in the fridge to grab and go the following morning. I’d just suggest giving it a little shake before drinking to make sure the ingredients are mixed well and haven’t settled.
